Within the framework of the mutual programs between South Valley University headed by Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, and the Egyptian E-Learning University, a Committee from the Council of Private Universities paid a visit to the E-learning Center, Qena branch at South Valley University. A presentation was made, explaining the electronic university programs and the method of study.
