South Valley University Council in its recent meeting approved on holding 6th International Conference of Electrical Chemistry in February 2016 in Faculty of Science ,as well as appointing Dr. Ahmed Kamel El Din Osman in Faculty of Science and Dr. Ibrahim Ali El Din El Sayed in Faculty of Arts .
On the other hand, the council approved on granting Professorship degree to Dr. Asherf Mohammed Mosa , Faculty of Physical Education and Dr. Abd El Azeez , Faculty of Mass Communication, in addition to appoint both of Dr. Hoda Saad Mohammed as assistant professor at Faculty of Science , Dr. Mustafa Adem El Tary ,as assistant professor at Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Ahmed Attiyto Abd El Atty , Dr. Amie Hussien Mohammed at Faculty of Science , Dr. Amin Shaban Amin at Faculty of Arts and Dr. Ahmed Hamdi Abd El Hares at Faculty of Fine Arts in Luxor.
Moreover, the council approved on granting student/ Sabry Fayez Medany a doctoral degree at Faculty of Arts and Master’s degree for (25) students at Faculties of Education science, Arts , Specific Education Veterinary Medicine and Physical Education, besides granting Postgraduate diploma degree for (3) successful students in October (2014) in Faculty of Medicine.
