Dr. Ahmed Akkawi, President of South Valley University, emphasized the university’s strong focus on digital transformation projects, aligning with national directives to enhance digital maturity, expedite task completion, and ensure governance of various procedures.
Dr. Akkawi highlighted that teams comprising faculty members and IT engineers from the university’s Information Center have developed “34 digital applications” on the South Valley University Digital Platform. These applications address diverse operational areas across university sectors, including: Scientific Research, Student Activities, University Hospitals, Administrative Communications, Entitlements, Legal Affairs, Human Resources, Purchasing and Warehousing, Performance Evaluation, Social Welfare, Maintenance, Task Management, Documentation and Statistics, Official Media and University Dormitories.
