Mission:
Teaching students common diseases that are transmitted from animals to humans and vice versa, and transmitted from nature to both, how to distinguish between infectious, epidemic and common diseases, their concept, diagnosis and prevention, especially those affecting human beings accompanying the animals, which are called occupational diseases, and how to report them to the authorities in order to reduce their prevalence. In addition to providing continuing education programs and applied scientific research in line with the requirements of the local and regional labor market within the framework of professional ethics.
Vision:
Raising awareness of the society about the danger of common diseases between animals and humans and their impact on both, as well as controlling the spread of those diseases , especially in humans, and how to deal with them and report the competent authorities for appropriate action.
