In the framework of South Valley University mission Faculty of Agriculture prepares qualified graduate in agricultural science who can use modern technology, which enable him to compete in labor market locally and internationally, as well as contributing in society development through scientific research and community services according to values and traditions.

Introductory Workshop on databases of Digital Library 27/03/2013 It was held workshop included e-services unit at Faculty of Agriculture in order to define academic staff and their assistants to how access to digital library from inside and outside the university by entering a user name and password that have been done and activated by the official of digital library unit in electronic services unit.
Faculty of Agriculture won the third position in Ideal Student Competition 23/03/2013 Student /Ibrahim Fathi Omran, fourth year at Faculty of Agriculture won the third position in ideal student competition that held in the period of 18 -21 /3/ 2013 under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the university president and Prof. Dr. Hefni Ismail, Vice President for Student Affairs.
First Aid course at Faculty of Agriculture 23/03/2013 Quality Assurance Unit at Faculty of Agriculture organized first aid course for students on Saturday and Sunday 23 - 24 /3/ 2013 that lectured by Dr. Nadia Abdullah , Nursing Faculty , South Valley University
