Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the University President after the meeting with Gen. Adel Labib, Qena Governor, Dr. Hassan Rateb, businessman and Chairman of the Board of secretaries of Sinai University confirmed that the meeting resulted in Dr. Hassan salary donated a large electric generator to the University Hospital for operating room, while he added that Dr. Hassan Rateb emphasized on opening a branch of Sinai University at South Valley University which is the first of its kind in Upper Egypt.
