The University President Attends the Activities of the 4th Day of the Cultural Week

Prof. Dr. Youssef Ghrabawy, President of South Valley University, emphasized the importance of the cultural activity organized by the University throughout the academic year, which must go hand in hand with the educational process in order to correct some concepts and know the role of the state and its efforts. This came in his speech within the activities of the 4th day of the cultural week which is organized from November 28 to December 2, 2020 in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nassary, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, a group of deans, vice deans and a number of faculty members.

The activities of the 4th day included a lecture by Dr. Abu Bakr Abdl Salam Mustafa, Professor at Faculty of Archeology, entitled “The idea of the state and the ancient Egyptian’s pride” in which he discussed the ancient Egyptian efforts to form the Sovereignty Egyptian State . Also an another lecture was given by Dr. Alaa El Din Tag Mohamed, Professor at the Faculty of Commerce, entitled “Economic development and Egypt’s ability to face the repercussions of the Coronavirus crisis,” in which he showed the dimensions of economic development in Egypt in various sectors.

At the end of the symposium, an open discussion took place between the students and the university president.
