The department of Critical and Emergency Nursing focuses on the

application of the nursing process and problem – solving method in

nursing critical patients and caring for their families in emergency

situations, also the information and skills gained through this department

enable students to provide comprehensive nursing care for emergency

patients.

It aims for providing comprehensive education programmes that prepare

graduates to enter the labour market to become leading nurses with

scientific expertise to deal with critical and emergency patients and

commit to nursing ethics, self-development and occupation through

lifelong learning, thereby helping to develop health services at different

levels and meeting the different health needs of individuals and society.
