Administration Functions

  • Organizing the receipt of purchases or imports, coordinating them and storing them in a proper manner, taking into account the ease of trading in warehouses.
  • Monitor keeping valuable papers and books.
  • Organizing the receipt of used items and damaged and following up the implementation of the instructions issued in their regard.
  • Follow up the exchange of items from the warehouse and receive the returns.
  • Review the procedures for registering subsidiary and personal inventory and the procedures for transferring them or any changes that may occur to them.
  • Participate in the inventory committees, compute the annual inventory lists, and take the necessary.
  • Receipt and inspection of all items received in accordance with issued orders of assist and checking them.
  • Add the quantities of items to the Covenant, exchange and hold the cards and books of items and ensure that the balances on the items in warehouse are identical.
  • To conduct speculation, sell discarded items and execute instructions.
  • Keeping all necessary records, books, forms and cards, in accordance with the instructions and warehouse regulations.
  • Procedures for recording items spent from stores.
  • Keeping a record of the names of the holders of the inventory  and informing the competent authorities to deduct the value of the guarantee fees and to notify any change that occurs to them.
  • Holding files for personal inventory owners.
  • Participation in periodic and annual inventory committees.
