The Faculty of Pharmacy participates in the Climate Adaptation Conference

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nassari, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, South Valley University participated in the Climate Ambassadors Conference, where His Excellency witnessed the events of the first day of the conference held at the university, and indicated that the whole world is interested in climate changes and that Egypt, led by His Excellency the President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, paid great attention to combating the impact of climate change and better adapting to climate change through its many projects.

The president of the university also confirmed that South Valley University is concerned with the matter through scientific research and thoughtful research studies in the field of climate change in cooperation with universities and international scientific institutions.

Also, Dr. Ahmed Ismail Nour El-Din, professor of aquatic biology at the National Research Center and media spokesperson for the center, thanked South Valley University, led by Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, the university president, and praised the university’s effort in the field of climate change, explaining that South Valley University is one of the leading universities in the environment in Egypt and gave a set of valuable scientific books to the university president.
