Prof. Dr Youssef Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, took part in the
opening events of a number of national projects in the Upper Egypt region yesterday
during the visit of Mr. President Abd El Fattah El Sisi, President of the Republic, to Qena
Governorate, in Qus and Naqada town, where His Excellency inaugurated the Martyr
Bassem Fikry axis and many national projects in the governorate.
