Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharabawy, President of South Valley University, sent a telegram to H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Republic, congratulating him on the holy month of Ramadan approaching, saying:
“It is my pleasure to convey to your Excellency, on my behalf and behalf of the South Valley University family, our warmest congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, asking God to bring Ramadan back to your Majesty and the Egyptian people with all the wellness, blessings, and progress towards the achievement, development and construction of our beloved Egypt under your leadership, every year and you are fine”.
