Administration Tasks

1- Announce the date of admission to Post-Graduate Studies at the

beginning of each new academic year.

2. Announce the available departments in the faculty for students

wishing to complete their high studies.

3. Announce the academic degrees available in the departments of

the faculty for those who wish to obtain them.

4- Receive the applications and documents from students wishing to

register in Post-Graduate Studies, and these documents are

examined and comply with the regulations, laws and decisions of the

concerned authorities.

5- The approval of register procedures of students, which has issued

from the relevant boards.

6- Announcing the lecture tables of each section for students.

7- Conduct special records for enrolled students, the content of which

is all that relates to the student’s data according to the papers and

documents submitted on registration.

8- notifying Post-graduate students of their tuition fees for the

various grades in which they are enrolled.

9- Issuance of the University mechanical cards to faculty’s students.

10- Issuance certificates of registration, certificates, the scientific

content of materials, etc., to enrolled students
