Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the University president confirmed that Sports
Offers Festival for Egyptian Universities, which opened yesterday by
Minister of sports is a good opportunity for youth of the universities
to know the State landmarks , stressing that this sports gathering
included (750) students
While the university President added that the university participated
with student delegation in the Sports Offers Festival and in sports
meeting , where the honor to university as a result of the efforts of
the university students , as he thanked all participants who contributed
in the successes of the university ,
While the Festival was attended by Taher Abu Zeid , Minister of Sports ,
Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the university president , as well as Assistant
Secretary of Luxor province and Prof. Dr. Hefny Ismail , Vice President
for Student Affairs with the participation of (750) students from all
universities Egyptian , It also held on the sidelines of the festival
the walking competition from the front of Karnak until the conference
hall, beside it was held the sports meeting with all the participants in
the Center of International Conference in Luxor and distributed the
festival awards, at the end of the ceremony it was provided the shields
for the university president and Minister of Sports who thanked South
Valley University
