Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour , a training program entitled ”Competency “was held for administrative staff at Faculty of Education , Hurghada under the supervision of General Administration for Organization and Management in coordination with Strategic Planning and Future Studies Center at the university. Prof. Dr .Mahfouz Abdel Sattar ,Dean of the Faculty, referred in his speech to the program objective which was addressing several issues as the importance of strategic planning ,crisis management, decision-making, leadership, administrative creativity, teamwork, conflict management, strategic planning and change management .Additionally, the program was participated by 30 trainees and lectured by Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hamid, Dr. Osama Ahmed Atta. Dr. Sayda Salama and Dr. Esraa Ramadan.
