Prof. Dr Ahmed Akawy, President of Qena University, sent a message of congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on the anniversary of the Tenth of Ramadan victories. He expressed pride in this historic occasion, praising the courage and steadfastness of the Egyptian soldier.
