Under the patronage of the Higher Education Minister Prof. Dr. Ashraf Chihi , Local Development Minister Prof. Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, , Environmental Affairs Minister Prof. Dr. Khaled Fahmy, Tourism Minister Mr. Mohamed Rashid, Governor of the Red Sea Maj. Gen. Ahmed Abdullah, the University President Prof. Dr. Abbas Mohammed Mansour and the supervision of Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Prof. Dr. Sayed Taha witnessed the opening of the third International Conference for environmental Studies, which is organized by the South valley University in the period from August 16 to 18, 2016 in Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate.
The university president Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour stressed that the environment from the global issues that received the international attention as a subscription point among all nations and due to environmental updates that humanity faces from the deterioration of environmental conditions and with the absence of human security, it was necessary to seek to ensure the protection of the international environment through the environmental cooperation by trend towards capacity building, developing strategies and creating environmental balances at the international level.
