Governor of Qena General Abdel Hamid El Hagan and President of the University Prof. Abbas Mansour attended the 1st Conference of the National Council for Women in Qena where General Abdel Hamid El Hagan asserted the great role of women in voting .Besides, he talked about the importance of women in the different sectors in the governorate. Additionally, Prof. Abbas Mansour called the women for participating in voting in the presidential election as they represent a big percentage in the community.
