SVU opened the conference on Education in the Light of Crises and Disasters under the auspices of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Tarek Shawky, Minister of Education, Major General Ashraf Al-Daoudi, Governor of Qena, and Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of the University.
