In the presence of Dr. Abbas Shoman, Undersecretary of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and under the SUPERVISION of Major General Abdul Hamid Al-Hagan, Governor of Qena, and Prof. Abbas Mansour, President of the University, South Valley University organized the Qena Conference against Terrorism, in which Dr. Abbas Shoman, Undersecretary of Al-Azhar, affirmed that Upper Egypt was not a day of terror, Men and youth demanded that they be shovels of building, not shovels of demolition, because they are the future of Egypt.
