Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, Prof. Dr. Sohair Ahmed Rabie, Vice-President of Community Service and Environmental Affairs sector and Dr. Hamdy Hussein, Dean of Faculty of Medicine, a scientific symposium on how to write medical reports was organized at the faculty. Due to the importance of medical trainings for young doctors to acquire basics skills, the faculty management works on introducing different basic training programs.
The symposium was held for all doctors of Qena in cooperation with Qena Health Directory and the Medical Syndicate. It discussed the correct way to write a medical report with the accurate patient’s condition while hospitalized.
