The emergency department was opened today at the new university hospital, where Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour inspected and stressed that this opening will serve the citizens, as he thanked the administration of the university hospitals and doctors on this effort, adding that the department was received (10) cases of orthopedic and surgery and the work will be on Sunday and Tuesday even to complete the equipments and individuals in order to be all the week , While Dr. Abd Al-Rahman Al-Sayed, General Director of the university hospitals declared that the opening of the emergency department at the university hospital today is a medical achievement for the University, pointing out that we are all working to serve the people of Upper Egypt, as he thanked all the doctors in the university hospitals to their work and cooperation in order to provide medical service with high efficiency, as well as thanking the University President for his attention to open the emergency department On the other hand, Dr. Mahmoud Abd Al-Aziz, Director of the emergency department at the hospital added that department was received today ( 10) cases , beside there is a shortage of nursing staff that will be completed soon.
