The University Council decided in its meeting No. 235 on 05/30/2016 headed by Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour , President of the University approved on modifying the article (27) of the bylaw of the university awards, which states that “honoring all who obtained master’s and doctoral degrees and who have been promoted in the annual ceremony of science day at the university through gifting a medal and a certificate of appreciation”, besides honoring who obtained the university awards.
