Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, the president of the university, met with students of medicine and surgery program of South Valley National University in their first lecture. The president was keen to listen to the students and discuss them in the details of the study program and to learn about their proposals. He also answered all students’ inquiries, stressing the keenness of the university administration to provide all services and needs for students during the study.
His Excellency stressed that National Universities contribute to achieving the state’s strategic plan in higher education to provide a high level of education at the academic and applied levels, which contributes to providing high-quality education opportunities in various sciences, as well as qualifying graduates to be able to compete in the labor market, in addition to preparing an appropriate structure for scientific research, which contributes to solving the problems facing development plans in Egypt.
