Under supervision of Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, University President, the General Department of Organization and Management, held in coordination with the Strategic Planning Center a seminar titled as Management Ethics for 55 employees and directors of departments of the faculties and the university.
several topics were discussed, including the concept of Management Ethics , moral qualities that must of the university employees, as well as the concept of administrative responsibility and its levels , diverse sources of ethics in management, ethical warnings that a university employee must avoid, and different patterns of employees within the workplace and how to deal with them in an ethical manner in order to guide the energies of all individuals and staff in each department to achieve the strategic goals of the University.
