In the framework of 6th Environment Week: Symposium on the First Aid for students at SVU


In the framework of the events of 6th Environment Week that organized by South Valley University under the auspices of Prof.  Dr. Abbas Mansour , the University president and Prof. Dr. Sayed Taha , Vice President for Community Service was organized Symposium on the First Aid for the university students to identify how to deal with the injured  cases  While Dr. Nadia Abdullah , the dean of Faculty  of Nursing declared that  the aim of first aid for students is to save life , treatment of trauma , reducing  the pain and preventing  complications and more injuries ,  where Dr. Magada Al-Gameel , lecturer at Faculty of Nursing added  that the  Symposium   included  brief  of first aid in case of injuries,  as Dr. Islam Ibrahim assistant lecturer at the Faculty talked about the first aid for burns , whether electric , chemicals or hot things  and how to deal with it. The symposium was attended by many students of Faculties  of Education , Physical Education ,Archeology  , Nursing and Agriculture.
