The South Valley University Council approved the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the SHARDA University in India in its last session held at the University of Qena, under the chairmanship of Dr. Abbas Mansour, President of the University. The Council was informed that the Office of Technology Transfer and Marketing and Innovation at the University ranked third as the best Tyco office all over of the Republic at the 5th Cairo International Innovation Fair, November 2018.
