A symposium on Causes and Effects of Environmental Pollution was organized by Faculty of Science. It was lectured by Prof. Wael Farghaly who talked about the different forms of the environmental pollution ( air, water, soil, radioactive, noise, heat/ thermal and light ),causes and effects of it and the suggestions to reduce pollution as planting trees, saving energy, and putting industrial cities away from cities. The symposium also dealt with mobile phone radiation damages and the precautions to prevent it.
