Qena university hospitals organizes many blood donation campaigns under the auspices of South Valley University President, Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, in collaboration with civil society organizations to provide blood bags for emergency and serious cases.
This was stated by Dr. Karam Muslim, general manager of Qena university hospitals.
Dr. Abdullah Aliyu, general supervisor of laboratories in Qena university hospitals added that the first of these campaigns have been organized in Nag Hammadi, in collaboration with One Heart Association where it witnessed a large turnout and people donated whit 35 blood bags for all blood and rare types.
He also stressed that the cooperation will be with various civil society organizations to organize more campaigns in all the centers and villages in Qena to improve medical services in university hospitals.
