An Awareness Seminar on the Dangers of Addiction at South Valley University.


Under the Patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, and supervised by Prof. Dr. Ahmad Kamal Nasary, Vice-President for Community Service and Environmental Development, seminars on addiction and abuse risks were concluded in cooperation with the Combat &Treat Addiction Fund to raise awareness of the addiction risks at the Faculty of Computing & Information, in the presence of Dr. Imad Ali, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Hayat Abu Al-Azeim, deputy of the Faculty of Nursing for Community Service and Environmental Development, and the Volunteer Home Team at the University.

Dr. Mahmoud Yaseen, representative of the Combat &Treat Addiction Fund, gave a lecture during which he explained the Detection of Drugs Law, the state’s efforts in combating the spread of drugs, the harm of addiction, the hotline services of the Prevention and Treatment of Addiction Fund, and the treatment services of the Treatment of Addiction Centre. the seminar has attended by Mr. Mohamed Al Kamel, Director of Environmental Management in the Community Service Sector of the University, the Administrative Body of the Faculty of Computing &Information, and group students.
