Under the patronage of Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of the University, the Council of Postgraduate Studies and Research was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, in the presence of the Faculties’ Vice Deans for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Mr. Ali Musa, Director General of Graduate Studies and Research.
The Council approved the activation of the study of the doctoral level in the French Language Department of the Faculty of Arts. The Council also approved to extend the registration period for students who have completed the legal period in accordance with the regulations and laws, and in addition that, in its meeting held at the Faculty of Medicine, the Council approved the cancellation of the enrolment of some postgraduate students who did not pay the prescribed tuition fees and who are not serious about their studies.
