Prof. Dr. Youssef Grabawy, President of the university, announced that a medical team of the university placed 2nd in the scientific competition organized by the Egyptian Association for Research and Training in HepatoGastroenterology (EARTH), and that in light of the university’s continuing concern to participate in all scientific meetings and forums, especially those affecting the medical sector because of its significant impact on the development of services provided by the university hospitals.
Dr. Ali Abdel Rahman Goel, Dean of Faculty of Medicine added that this competition was launched since last March with the participation of 12 teams from different universities and medical centers and lasted for three months. The medical team of the university (consisting of six doctors) won the second place in the competition.
