deadline for presenting the full research on 20/7/2014 via e-mail
In the case of participating with a poster research
; please give attention to be the size poster (70 cm × 100 cm) with
a logo of South Valley University and logo of his university, as
well as logo of the conference and the writing in Arabic or English,
or both.
The Reception at the hotel in Hurghada after 12:00 pm on
18/8/ 2014 and leaving from the hotel in Hurghada at 12:00 pm on
21/8/2014
The conference’s opening on 19/8/2014 at 10:30 am
South Valley University will provide a bus at the
university in front of the hotel for participants at 10 am on
18/08/2014 for travelling to
Hurghada
The participants from outside the university and
other establishments will be received
in Seagull Beach Resort, Hurghada or in International
Airport, Hurghada in coordination with official
The foreign participants will be received
in International Airport, Hurghada in coordination with
official
The resort provides all means of entertainment for
children (free) and the age
of 6 to 12 years 50% discount from the amount.
The participants in conference should fill out the
registration form attached for getting details
Accommodation in hotel rooms (Single – Double –
Triple) in the case of individual booking for the Egyptians co-pays
150 pounds a day.
