{"id":2012,"date":"2020-01-12T08:06:52","date_gmt":"2020-01-12T08:06:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/new.svu.edu.eg\/faculties\/vet\/?page_id=2012"},"modified":"2022-02-15T09:06:59","modified_gmt":"2022-02-15T09:06:59","slug":"library","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.svu.edu.eg\/faculties\/vet\/en\/library\/","title":{"rendered":"Library"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\"><em>Library aims:<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><em>Provision of different references and sources of knowledge and creating a suitable environment for students and researchers to help achieve the Faculty&#8217;s mission in research, education and community service.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><em>Providing office services, information retrieval, including the professional office guidance and helping library users to make use of existing collections through borrowing.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><em>Indexing, classifying, cataloguing and extracting collections and other processes that ensure their organization.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><em>Activation of the digital library system.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Library services:<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><strong>*Reading:<\/strong> The student enters the library with the help of the librarian to obtain his needs from books or other sources of knowledge.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">*Borrowing:<\/span><\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">The student has the right to borrow two books at a time, provided there is a copy of the borrowed book in the library.
