He praised the great effort of President El-Sisi in developing Upper Egypt and caring for the human element, especially the youth. In this regard, the Ministry of Youth and Sports has been collaborating with UNICEF in carrying out the \u2018Meshwary\u2019 program that entails training youngsters and youths \u2013 including the differently abled \u2013 on life and work skills as well as offering career advice at provincial youth centers in a bid to achieve sustainable community development and integration.
