Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- Declaring\nabout the opening date of applying for enrollment and registration for\npostgraduate studies in the faculty at the beginning of each new academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2-Declaring\nthe available departments in the faculty to students to complete their\npostgraduate studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-The\nadministration receives documents of students to register in postgraduate\nstudies, provided that these documents are examined and matching with the\nregulations, laws and decisions issued by the competent authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4-The\nadministration approves registration procedures of students from the relevant\ncouncils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5-The\nadministration also declare schedules according to each department to students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6-Postgraduate\nstudents are notified of the tuition fees of the various degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7-Students\nare registered on the university’s website under the (MIS) project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8-All\nmeasures were taken for the examinations at the end of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9-Administrative\nprocedures of registration to obtain Master’s and PhD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10-The\nnecessary administrative procedures of discussions of scientific theses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11-Administrative\nmatters of the competent authorities to approve academic degrees (Diploma –\nMaster – PhD) for students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12-Administrative\napprovals of the competent authorities of expatriate\nstudents to enroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13- The application of regulations, laws and decisions to\nexpatriate students by the competent authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14- Preparing databases of graduate studies, and making\nstatistics to be submitted to the concerned authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15- The administration extracts temporary certificates of\ngraduates in various disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16- The administration is also responding to any\ncorrespondence of various authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

17- The administration is concerned with showing the results publicly, or through the faculty’s website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
