Based on the approval of Prof. Dr. Yusuq Gharbawi, President of South Valley University, to announce the Al-Azhar International Research Competition.<\/p>\n

Where the College of Computers and Information invites its students to participate in the competition.<\/p>\n

The competition branches are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n

The intellectual origins of extremism groups and the role of educational institutions in confronting <\/td> contemporary belief and thought. <\/td><\/tr>
The impact of technical progress on personal status issues <\/td> Islamic jurisprudence and its origins. <\/td><\/tr>

The hadith and the interpretation of the texts of the revelation <\/td>
Tafsir and the sciences of the Qur\u2019an. <\/td><\/tr>
The Skepticism Movement in the Prophetic Sunnah: Suspicions and- Money <\/td> Money-Hadith and its Sciences. <\/td><\/tr>
Steps of renewal in the rhetorical heritage and literary criticism <\/td> Arabic language and literature. <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n

General conditions for the competition: –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The approved language for research is Standard Arabic.<\/li>
  • The researcher submits only one research in one of the branches of – -the competition, and there is no objection to the participation of more than one researcher in preparing the research.<\/li>
  • The research shall be characterized by seriousness and depth and take into account the origins and traditions of the scientific method.<\/li>
  • Writes on the first page of the research the title of the research, the researcher’s name, the national number, the academic capacity, the nationality, the place of residence, the phone number and the e-mail.<\/li>
  • Research papers are presented in (WORD, PDF) format, with the font type (Simplified Arabic) and size (16) in the text and (12) in the footnotes (20) in the titles (Bold).<\/li>
  • The search volume in any of the competition branches should not be less than (200) pages and not more than (300) pages.<\/li>
  • The research has not been submitted to another party or the researcher obtained a scientific degree in it.<\/li>
  • Copyright is transferred to the Council of Senior Scholars in Al-Azhar as soon as the researcher wins the award, while reserving the right to the researcher.<\/li>
  • The research summary is delivered to the General Administration for Student Welfare (Department of Cultural Activity) no later than 10\/12\/2020, and the papers shall be submitted no later than 1\/3\/2020<\/li>
  • Prizes for the competition will be awarded to the winning researchers in the celebration of the International Day of Al-Azhar, corresponding to the 7th of Ramadan.<\/li>
  • Competition Prizes: –<\/li>
  • The value of the prize granted to the first winner in each branch: one hundred thousand Egyptian pounds (100,000 LE).<\/li>
  • The value of the prize granted to the second winner in each branch: fifty thousand Egyptian pounds (50,000 EGP).<\/li>
  • The value of the prize granted to the third winner in each branch: twenty five thousand Egyptian pounds (25,000 EGP).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
