The council of South Valley University

The First International Conference for Environmental Studies at the University in February 2011

 The council decided in its meeting in Qena under the chairman ship of Prof.Dr. Mansour Abbas, President of the University, held a seminar on "Environmental problems in the Arab World" at the University in October 2010. He also agreed to hold the First International Conference for Environmental Studies at the University in February 2011. The Council decided to appoint Dr. Mohamed Moustafa at the Faculty of Science in Qena, Dr. Mohamed Hedaya Dandarawy at the Faculty of Specific Education in Qena and Dr. Atef Shehata Youssef at the Faculty of Education in Aswan in Qena as an assistant professor

The Council also approved the renewal of the supervision of Dr. Hefny Ismail Mohammed at the Faculty of Specific Education in Qena and Dr.Gamal Ibrahiem at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels in Luxor

The Council decided to appoint Dr. Moustafa Adam at the Faculty of Medicine in Qena ,Dr.Eman Abdel Fattah Ali at the Faculty of Specific Education in Qena, Dr.Merana Fayez Metry at the Faculty of Fine Arts on Loxur as a lecturer,also awarded Ph.D. for Khaled Mahmoud Mohamed at the Faculty of Science , Adel Mohammed Al-Sadiq Suleiman at the Faculty of Education in Aswan and Abdel Nasser Mohamed Abdel Motaal at the Faculty of Science in Aswan

The council also approved granting master degree for Zainab Qurashy at the Faculty of Education in Qena , Mohamed Ahmed Abdellah and Zaynab Kamal Sayed Mohamed at the Faculty of Science in Qena , Amr Ali Omar , Saeed Ali Ebeid and Alshaimaa Ahmed Mohamed at the Faculty of Arts in Qena ,Adel Sayed Abadi at the Faculty of Education in Aswan and Hussein Nowby Badry at Institute of Energy in Aswan.
