Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the University
President met Dr. Samir Ghoneim, the consultant
of Human Development at United Nations in the
framework of protocol between the university and
the United Nations, where Cultural Council for
Training and Education and the exclusive agency
for Education Development Center at Boston
University trains (1000) graduate in Qena, in
order to prepare them for labor market as well
as employing graduates of the province according
to their qualifications and abilities, while the
program consists of three phases includes for
General English program ,( 2 ) course in
business English Program and human development
program for 6 weeks as 3 days per a week,
therefore granting the graduate course of
training of trainers ( TOT ) according to modern
