Partnerships for Enhanced Engagement in Research (PEER) Science program

Through the Partnerships for Enhanced Engagement in Research (PEER) Science program, scientists from Egypt (and elsewhere) can obtain funding for research that complements the work of an existing U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) grantee. Egyptian scientists would need to submit their application materials, including a signed letter of support from a current NSF grantee, no later than December 4. Both NSF and USAID have strong mutual interests in projects that relate to food security, climate change, and a range of other development areas. In addition, there is a special interest in projects that relate to water for the Middle East and North Africa
