Each paper has to be registered by a full registration type (not-student).
Student registration is for attendance only.

reservation as we have a very limited number of available rooms.

registration a copy of university student card or IEEE student
card is required to be send by Fax to (+209746661406) or scan and sent
it to mepcon08@svu.edu.eg

Any paper to
appear in the conference proceeding has to be presented by one of the
authors. The registration fees have to be paid by the advanced
registration date for each paper. For multiple papers, 40% for each extra
paper increasing in registration fee. For late registration, fees will be
increased by 20%.

Fees cover
conference attendance, CD proceedings, participation in discussions, full
accommodation at Nile cruise for three nights, four days.
