Online Registration Procedure

 

  1. Go to the Registration Page
     

  2. Use your “Sign In Name” and “Password” to log on to the system,
     

  3. Click on “Conference Registration”,
     

  4. Check your profile information; if you need to edit your information, click on “Edit Profile”,
     

  5. Click on “Registration Types” tab,
     

  6. Choose one of the main registration types under “Types” drop-down menu; note that a full registration (not student) is required for every paper. Student registration type is applied for attending the conference only and a copy of university student card or IEEE student card is required to be sent by Fax (20-97-4661406) or scan and send to (mepcon08@svu.edu.eg, orabi@ieee.org). Also, for group participants, contact the organizing committee,
     

  7. Choose all applicable additional fees under the “Additional Fees” section;
    - No of additional papers (remember to write their codes later)
    - No of additional pages for all papers (over five pages for every paper)
    - No of dependant participant. Note for domestic participant contact the organizing
    committee as we have a very limited free rooms.


Make sure you enter the correct amount when prompted (e.g. additional papers, etc.),

 

  1. Click on “Presented Papers” tab,
     

  2. Enter the paper codes of the paper(s) you are registering for in the appropriate field,
     

  3. Click on “Payment Options” tab, Choose the appropriate payment option and follow the instructions.
     

  4. Click on “Submit Conference Registration”,
     
  5. You can also print the conference registration receipt and fax it or mail it to the shown address by clicking on “Printable Version” button and print the registration form.
