Prof. Dr Youssef Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, witnessed the inauguration of the training Program\u201dBuilding Academic Leadership Capacit<\/strong>y\u201d at the Faculty & Leadership Development Center, in the presence of Prof. Dr Ahmed Kamal Nassary, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the President of the University indicated that the training program includes a set of training courses aimed at qualifying and building the capabilities of the trainees and familiarity with various aspects and fields of university work in several areas, including the art of university leadership, crisis management, national issues, anti-corruption, management and self-development, overcoming Work pressures, and legal aspects in universities, this course is during the period from 24 to 26 January<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Dr Hadiya Mohamed Dandarawy, Director of the Faculty & Leadership Development Center at the university, added that the training program has conducted with the participation of 18 trainees from Deans, Deputies and faculty members from various university faculties, the activities of the first day of the training program addressed a lecture entitled (strategic planning) has lectured by Dr Hussein Abdel Basset, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Director of the Strategic Planning Center at the university, and the second lecture has lectured by Dr Mona Shahat, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Center at the university, which addressed institutional development for the sectors of education, students, graduate studies, community service, environmental development and international relations<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
