Take care of student activities in all fields, whether sports, social and trips, cultural, artistic, roaming and public service, student groups, scientific and technological while providing social care for students by alleviating the suffering of students through the Social Solidarity Fund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Student Union Committees:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1- Athletic Committee:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It aims to spread the spirit of competition among students in various athletic activities, whether in team or individual games, develop sports awareness, and encourage non-sporting students to participate in the activity by selecting the best students to represent the college or the university in external activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Athletic Activity is divided into:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A) Inner activity: includes all groups and individual games.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

B) External activity:<\/strong> All sports activities in which the group participates and carried out by the General Administration for Student Welfare at the university and others.<\/span><\/p>\n

2- Social & Trips Commission:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It aims to develop innovation, train students to gain experience, and provide them with information that raises their culture. It also develops the spirit of belonging to the homeland by getting to know about the country’s archaeological and tourist landmarks.<\/span><\/p>\n

*The internal activities of the Commission:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A- Student Union Elections.<\/span><\/p>\n

B- All competitions related to social activity such as the ideal male and female student and chess competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

C-. Social assistance. <\/span><\/p>\n

D- Social research competitions.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Its External activity:-<\/span> <\/span><\/strong>Participation with the General Administration of Youth Welfare and others in its social activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

3- Cultural Committee:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

It aims to improve the students’ intellect and culture, nurture young talents in all cultural, literary, scientific and national fields and connect youth to the issues of their community and country. <\/span><\/p>\n

By presenting its following activities of:-<\/span><\/p>\n

* Internal activity:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Literary competitions in the fields of Poetry, Zajal, Short Story, and Essay.- Scientific and literary research competitions.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Information League competitions.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Religious competitions.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Journalism competitions \u201cwall magazines\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n

– Cultural, religious and political seminars. <\/span><\/p>\n

* External activity:-<\/strong> Participation with the General Administration of Youth Welfare and others in all its activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

4- Student Groups Committee: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It aims to achieve the goals of the Union while strengthening the relationships and social ties between students and discovering their talents to benefit from them in society service. The student groups practice all the different student activities, but with the terms of participation in the student families activity, which are represented in the following: <\/span><\/p>\n

Formation or renewal of the family within two months from the start of the study in order to practice the activity with the approval of the chosen leader and the group committee, and it is approved by the Secretary of the Union and Prof. Dr. Dean of the faculty. <\/span><\/p>\n

The group file must include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Group name – approval of the group leader – goal and plan for creating the group- group members – temporary group structure before elections.<\/span><\/p>\n

* With the following in mind:-<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– The student introduces himself to join the family. <\/span><\/p>\n

– The group includes all stages of the academic teams and is limited to the students of the college registered there.<\/span><\/p>\n

– The faculty member is fully responsible for the implementation of the activities and may not lead more than one group.<\/span><\/p>\n

1- Art Committee:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It aims to discover talents through the organizing of artistic activities and refinement of these talents and training them at the hands of specialists to participate with them in the external activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

2- Roaming & Public Service Committee:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Its activity aims to practice roaming activities and public service, develop all physical, mental, spiritual, social and technical aspects of students, and benefit from their abilities by creating a good citizen who benefits himself and his country.<\/span><\/p>\n

3- Scientific and Technological Committee:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It aims at early detection of innovative and scientifically distinguished students and helping students achieve their ideas, plans and scientific discoveries and reach them to the centers of invention. It also aims to provide students with applied and manual skills in various scientific fields while instilling a love of cooperation in the spirit of students and teamwork.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
