The Council of South Valley University, in its last session, held at the university headquarters in Qena, headed by Dr Youssef Gharbawy, President of the University and President of the Council, approved the appointment of Dr Hany Fawzy Abdel Ghany Khallaf – a Teacher in the Public Relations and Advertising Department at the Faculty of Mass Communication.

Prof. Dr Helmy Mohseb, Dean of the faculty, Prof. Dr Muhammad Emara, Vice Dean for Environmental and Community Service Affairs, and members of the faculty, assistants, the administrative staff, and employees extend their sincere congratulations and best wishes to Dr Hany Fawzy, wishing him continued progress and advancement.
