Affairs Administration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Duties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">-The\nAdministration receives students and finishes all work related to their\nenrollment in the faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">-The\nadministration guides students to transfer to and from the faculty, with the\ncoordination sheets from the Central Student Affairs, files are prepared for\nthe students of the first year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">-Prepare\nmedical examination forms of new students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">-Prepare the\nlists of the students and make the magnetic carnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">-Prepare\nrecruitment lists and academic postponements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">-Writing\nseating numbers, and preparing a list of exam locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">-Review first\nand second semester results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">-Counting and\nnumbering each committee and taking names and numbers of absent students&#8217;\nseating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure
