Prof. Dr Youssef Gharbawy, The President of South Valley University conducted a tour of the University’s faculties to check the faculties of University and determine the progress of the educational process at the beginning of the new academic year, and congratulated the new students on the occasion of the new academic year 2021/ 2022 and participated with the students of the faculties in greeting the flag and chanting the national anthem, the tour included a visit to the Faculty of Physical Education and the faculty of computer and information, in the presence of Prof. Dr Ahmed Akawy, Vice President for Graduate and Research Affairs, Prof. Dr Ahmed Kamal Nasaray, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr Badawy Shahat, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, Prof. Dr Alaa Sadek, Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information, Prof. Dr Ashraf Moussa, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, and a group of faculty members.

The president of the university stressed to students the necessity to expedite receiving the anti-Coronavirus vaccine, which would lead to the return of university life in its full form, he urged all students to practice the student activities organized by the university throughout the academic year, which consider an integral part of the educational process and contribute to the formation of the student’s personality.
