Under the patronage of prof. Dr. Youssef Grabawy, president of the university, the arts centre of the university placed second in the field of music, placed third in the field of theatre and expressive arts_ at the level of universities_ and that in the competitions of arts centres of universities, organized by Ministry of Youth and Sports , with the participation of 1500 students from sixteen egyptian universities.

For the individual rewards, Abdullah Jamal placed first in the field of music , student Mohamed Kenawy placed third in the best actor prize, the university got the prize of the best scenography for menstrual blood presentation.

Gr. Grabawy said that the university is very keen on the participation of students in different activities, confirming that these advanced positions referect the joint effort between student and university.
