Today, the proceedings of the second day of the fourteenth environmental week were held at the Faculties of Al-Alsun and Computers and Artificial Intelligence in Hurghada, South Valley University Branch<\/u>.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

under the auspices of<\/u><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Youssef Al-Gharabawi<\/u><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

University president<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

And Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nassari<\/u><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

And faculty members at the Faculties of Al-Alsun and Artificial Intelligence<\/u>.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A workshop was carried out on crises and disasters and how to deal with them, in which Mr. Nadi Nassif, Director of Crisis and Disaster Department at the governorate\u2019s general office, gave a presentation on the procedures to be followed in case of any natural disaster, as well as the procedures undertaken by the Red Sea Governorate in facing the risks of crises and natural disasters in coordination with other executive authorities, as well as the governorate\u2019s capabilities and plans made in\u00a0 facing previous disasters that affected the governorate, such as the torrential rains that damaged the city of Ras Gharib in 2016, as well as what the governorate has done to protect those affected by the previous ship sinking accidents that occurred near Safaga in\u00a0 1992 and 2006<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The proceedings of the second day\u2019s program continued by an introductory seminar in which Mr. Mahmoud Abbas from the Council of Ministers\u2019 Development Agency for Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises talked about the role of the agency in financing small projects of all kinds and the facilities provided to the youth in creating new job opportunities<\/u>.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

He also tackled the trainings available to young people by the Enterprise Development Agency and how to benefit from them to develop their work skills<\/u>.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This took place on the second day of the fourteenth environmental week, which South Valley University celebrates at this time every year. The week includes many activities, events and awareness seminars to educate and motivate students through their active participation in such activities<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
