{"id":2370,"date":"2020-07-26T08:37:21","date_gmt":"2020-07-26T08:37:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.svu.edu.eg\/faculties\/agr\/?page_id=2370"},"modified":"2021-01-19T09:41:38","modified_gmt":"2021-01-19T09:41:38","slug":"student-sector","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.svu.edu.eg\/faculties\/agr\/en\/student-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"Education and Student Affairs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Education and Student Affairs concerned the following tasks: &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating in policy-making of study and exams, education and students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Following up the implementation of decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities, the University Council and the Board of Education and Student Affairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating in deciding the beginning and end of the academic year and summer vacation according to the decisions of the University Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing statistics and data required to extract the information and prepare annual and periodic reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing teaching tables and determines their official hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcoming new students and assigning them on various programs in accordance with the standards approved by the Faculty Board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing a private file for each student.<\/li>\n<li>Entering students\u2019 data on the university database.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing lists of students and sending them to the various scientific departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating in summer trainings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing the necessary IDs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Editing medical examination forms for new students and preparing health insurance cards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Education and Student Affairs concerned the following tasks: &#8211; Participating in policy-making of study and exams, education and students.
